Leadership Transition at EuHPN

We are pleased to announce that Susan Grant is taking over as Chair of the European Health Property Network , succeeding Marte Lauvsnes., Advisory and Planning Department, Sykehusbygg.

Thank you to Marte for her leadership and contributions to EuHPN. During her time as Chair, the network has continued to develop and strengthen its role in healthcare infrastructure across Europe.

Susan is a chartered architect, with over 30 years of experience in design and delivery of healthcare facilities. She supports the Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorate, NHSScotland Boards and their supply partners by providing professional leadership and technical advice in all aspects of healthcare property development, capital planning and design. As Principal Architect she is responsible for NHSScotland facility Guidance publications such as property and design related SHBNs, SHTMs; plus collaborates across NHS UK on development of new and updated HBNs and HTMs. 

Susan regularly contributes to conferences and is member of various Scottish and UK-wide working groups related to healthcare infrastructure, such as UK NHS Standards Group.
