The University Hospital Sant’Orsola Malpighi in Bologna is a key member of the EcoQUIP+ programme, which aims to use pro-innovation procurement methods to impove the efficiency, quality and safety of healthcare. The Sant’Orsola team has put together a project focused on the outpatient journey, to address the difficulties patients face in navigating from their home to the clinic.
